"Teens are definitely one of my favorite populations to work with. We addressed issues ranging anywhere from depression, anxiety, self-esteem, family conflict, relationships, substance abuse, and more.
I might not be a teen anymore, but I know I’ll always be young at heart, and I remember how impactful those years of my life were. I know the importance of having a supportive adult figure with whom I could divulge all of my thoughts and feelings. And now, as I’ve transitioned into providing therapy within a jail setting, I’ve witnessed the outcome of so many who did not have the opportunity to have guidance, acceptance, and support during their adolescent years.
I’m at a point in my life where I feel like I’m able to help bridge the gap between teens and their parents. I see both sides, and I help provide perspective and clarity.

One of the toughest parts about adolescence is feeling like you’re alone, or that no one really understands how you feel or what you’re going through. And the truth is, your experience is completely unique to you. But that doesn’t mean you have to go through it by yourself. That’s why I’m here to support, listen, and provide a safe space where you can be 100% yourself and feel comfortable addressing the issues that matter most to you."
I work with those who feel they have hit “rock bottom” So whether you feel like you’re at your rock bottom, or just feel like you’ve gotten stuck in your relationship, I’m here to help you get back up and get unstuck. I’ve addressed issues across the board; from depression and anxiety, to paranoia and psychosis, my goal is to help you come to understand more about yourself and assist you in prioritizing and accomplishing your goals together.
I believe humor is an absolutely essential clinical tool! Therapy is hard work, but it can also be enjoyable and fun. I also value honesty and transparency from both my end and my client’s. I believe everyone benefits from having someone in their life who can be both kind and honest. But I also know that we tend to hear any sort of feedback better from someone who we trust and who we know has our best interest in mind. That is why it is so important to me that we are able to establish a strong therapeutic relationship in order to do good, effective work!
